Any new Avon representative is automatically enrolled in Avon's Kickstart program. This program is designed to get your new business off to its most successful start, and can help you earn over $1,000 in your first 90 days, when you meet pre-set goals!

Isn't that exciting?! This helps you develop a great customer base, gradually build your order size, and introduce you to Avon's Advanced Leadership program.  

You will earn commission on your sales total every 2 weeks, as well as a percentage of your team's sales, and any bonuses for advancing your Leadership title. This adds up to quite a great start! 

Avon recently introduced a new Incentive program that makes this EVEN better! Currently, when you join as a new Representative and advance your Leadership title, you earn DOUBLE bonuses! You can earn up to $7,500 in bonus pay during your first 6 months in addition to your Kickstart earnings, sales commission, and Leadership checks!
